Wednesday, October 28th – 9:30 am – Genna Cimo Livestream On Zoom – Genna guides a instructional Vinyasa class, great for first time practitioners. You can take this class from the comfort of your own home on Wednesday mornings at 9:30am. Mom and Yoga teacher, Genna is a good reference for children’s yoga class as well.

Wednesday, October 28th – 7:30 pm – Evening Yin Yoga – Evening Yin Yoga, a slower supporting our joints, ligaments, and facia now offered two night’s a week with Jordan Marciano. The held positions taken in this practice are said to open up the pathways of one’s Qi (energy) as taught in Chinese & Taoist principles. Enjoy it from the comfort of your own home.

Nutley Family Service Bureau – Thanksgiving Initiative:
Everyday to Thursday, November 19th – All Day – The Nutley Family Service Bureau’s Thanksgiving Initiative provides the turkey and all the trimmings to make a memorable holiday meal for our Pantry participants. In 2019, a record number of Nutley residents, organizations, church groups and businesses, donated all the necessary food items. A small army of volunteers, organized, packed and distributed over 150 holiday meals. This year, due to the pandemic crisis, food insecurity has increased dramatically. Please consider supporting this Initiative in the following ways: ShopRite Frozen Turkey Contribution, Food Item Donation or Financial Contribution. Good Vibes Yoga – Indoor Classes: Download the MIND BODY app to view the schedule of both indoor and livestream classes. All indoor classes must be scheduled in advance and may not be cancelled within an hour of start time. Max class capacity at this time is 8 people. To check in on existing class packages and what you may sill use in studio, contact us at email@example.com before booking your first class to check. What we did in studio: 8 Partitioned spaces. Each marked Mat space will have hand sanitizer, tissues, a waste bin, and eucalyptus/tea tea mat cleaner available to use. Be prepared to bring your own Mat & Props at this time. You may bring belongings into your spaced area, still no shoes in yoga room, and please mute cell phones for practice. Throughout the studio we have marked the floor for spacing. Pads are placed 8ft apart in our hallway for shoes. Temperature check with non contact thermometer must be performed upon arrival for Yoga. Bar isn’t opened yet but soon we’ll be offering bar service. We won’t be able to have seating at the bar, but we plan to have Kombuchas, spirit-free cocktails, and the usual available for order soon.
