After a gentle warm-up, we will rest the body in a series of restorative yoga poses to help the body and mind completely relax and feel supported. The class will culminate with a 20-minute guided meditation called Yoga Nidra, which will prepare students to see a clear and authentic intention (Sankalpa) to manifest in their lives. Throughout the class, Tara will provide light hands-on or hands-off touch using Reiki, a Japanese form of energy healing. $ 30.00 per person. Sign up ONLINE or in Studio. DOWNLOAD FLYER.
