Good Vibes Yoga – Upcoming Sessions:
Saturday, January 16, 23, 30 – 11:30 am – Concepts And Positions Of Yoga Asana – With Brittany Amell. In Studio and Livestream. Join Brittany for a 60 minute class specifically dedicated to introduce the concepts and positions of yoga asana and prepare practitioners for our Vinyasa & other practices. She’ll offer a slower practice with less poses and more descriptions, explanations, and cues. In studio class is a warm class with temperatures in the 80-88 Degree range.
Tuesday, January 19, 26 – 9:30 am – Rise And Restore – Tuesday’s at 9:30am join Michelle Williamson as she guides a ;ive stream gentle flow class balanced with light stretching and restorative postures. A little more heat and activity with balanced support to start the day.
Tuesday, January 19, 26 – 8:00 pm – Warm Vinyasa – In Studio and Livestream. With Angela Cancellieri. These 60 minute Vinyasa classes include positions linked to breath combined in a flow like sequence. Room is heated to a starting temperature of 78-83 degrees so to aid in the body creating its heat. Temperature gradually cools as the practice continues as body heat maintains and is comfortable for the time of savasana.

Thursday, January 21, 28 – 4:00 pm – Indoor Warm Ninyasa – Thursday’s 4pm Class with Cristin Shea will start indoors again on February 4th, 2021. The livestream class will still be available to take but 8 spaces for a 4pm in studio class will now be available. RSVP your spot!

Starlight Dance Center – Covid-19 Safe Classes: Starlight is offering classes in Country Line Dancing & Social dance meets Broadway. Great for ALL levels!! Both classes are danced without partners. We follow very strictly all CDC guidelines. Starlight is going above and beyond to keep you safe whilst having some fun: Social Distancing (we call Social Dist-Dancing), Taking Temperature, Online Registrations, 2 Doors for entrance and exit, Limit the class attendance and Masks are required for all. Saturday, January 16th to Sunday, January 31st – All Day – Winter Reading Challenge – Join our annual challenge for all ages, babies to adults, and read at least 620 minutes in January for a chance to win a prize! All children and teens that complete the program will receive a certificate and goodie bag. Open to all ages, babies to adults. Sponsored by the Friends of the Nutley Public Library.
