Nutley serves as a center of economic activity within Essex County, and Nutley Chamber plays a vital role as an advocate for critical issues on behalf of its members. This Committee identifies relevant issues and legislation impacting regional businesses, developing proactive strategies to represent the interests of the business community to local, county, state, and federal officials. Nutley Chamber has established a credible and respected advocacy platform through consistent representation and collaboration with other business groups as well as local officials. Economic Development success is often affected by public policy that addresses critical local issues.

The Emerging Entrepreneurs Committee represents a key initiative within Nutley Chamber. Facilitating interaction and engagement with both fellow entrepreneurs and experienced executives offers valuable connections and access to critical business intelligence. Additionally, the committee supports Nutley High School seniors by connecting them with internships and employment prospects at member businesses.
